AVAILABILITY
Mixpan goes to great lengths to ensure every product shown on our website is in stock. Our website uses our own Smart Update Technology which updates continually to guarantee accurate stock levels. Mixpan will always do our best to inform you if an item is not in stock when you place an order on our website. If any item you have ordered is not available we will contact you accordingly.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Mixpan' product descriptions are accurate where possible. However, with the absense of a manufacturer's specification, in many cases this is our formed opinion of the product. If you require more detailed information than is available on the Mixpan website please do not hesitate to contact us.

VINYL
Mixpan offer both new and used vinyl products to our customers. Each record on our website will be listed as either new or used. Some used vinyl items may show signs of wear, such as surface scratches or worn sleeves. We check and clean all pre-owned vinyl and only sell those that are in great condition.

CDS & CD MULTIPACKS
All DJ Mix CDs and CD MultiPacks available on the Mixpan website are 100% genuine. Watch out for exclusive mix CDs from the biggest names around and also limited edition signed copies!!!

OUR PROMISE
At Mixpan we strive to supply our customers with high quality products which are delivered promptly. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or the service you have received from Mixpan, let us know and we will do all we can to help.

PRICES
Prices are correct at the time of upload to our website. We reserve the right to alter prices listed on the Mixpan website without prior notice. Customers affected by such changes will be notified before their order is charged and despatched. We are not obliged to supply goods until we have confirmation of payment.

DISCOUNT VOUCHERS
On occasion we will supply customers with special discount vouchers or special offer promotions. These discounts will be available to use on the majority of our products, but not all. Details will be provided with the discount voucher. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer or discount at any time.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel any order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it is already on route and therefore cannot be cancelled with us. You may however be able to return the order.
